Contract cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations

Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right and notify us no longer than 7 working days after the day on which you receive the Products. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract after your order has already been dispatched, we will refund the original purchase price excluding the delivery charge, provided that you have notified us in writing no longer than 7 working days after the day on which you receive the Products, and that you have taken reasonable care of the Products and not used them.

Change or cancel an order
We are sorry that in most circumstances it is not possible to make changes to your order once you have placed it. If you would like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items. If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our Customer Services Team for advice on 876-874-4264 between 10 am and 5 pm Monday – Friday, or email us at shop.ikartt@gmail.com
In order to change the details of your order, you must notify us within 30 minutes of your order being placed. Please have your PayPal unique transaction ID number and the date the order was placed to hand. After this time we are unable to amend your order as we endeavor to process orders immediately, therefore, we would request that you return the goods once they have been delivered – please see Our Shipping and Return Policy for the procedure.

– Please note that ikartt.com does not accept, cheques, or gift vouchers as payment online or over the telephone.
– When an order is placed, we request pre-authorisation for the value of the order from your bank/card issuer to ensure that the funds are available. We have found that some card companies show the initial request and the later charge as two separate entries, please be assured that we only charge your card once and that any ‘second’ charge is only temporary and will shortly disappear.
